CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Doesn’t fit? Not quite right? Just Breathe! We want you to be absolutely happy with your new purchase. If you’re looking for a return, it’s easy. We are happy to accept return merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 14 days of delivery date.

HOW TO RETURN
- Send an email to email@example.com indicating your order number & item(s) you wish to return
- You will receive an email with further information on how to complete your return within two business day.
- Carefully repackage all item(s) into secure packaging of your choice
- Send it out to us and we will take care of the rest!
- Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.

We will refund the piece of the merchandise (excluding all applicable shipping charges and any customs, duties or additional fees that may have applied to your order) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
HOW TO EXCHANGE
At HAKA, we do not offer exchanges for online orders at hakaactive.com. We suggest you follow the return policy for items you want to exchange.
- Item(s) returned must be applied within 14 Days of delivery date
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and unused in their original condition and sellable condition
- Hakaactive.com do not accept returns for 3rd parties retailers
- HAKA Active is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.
